Shipping Policy
We handle all of our own fulfillment. We purchase all of our own shipping materials (envelopes, shipping labels, printer ink, plastic wrap, shipping bags, plus gas to the post office, etc) which is the driving factor behind the cost of our shipping prices. Once the bags are packed, they are then transported to the local USPS for shipment in my privately owned vehicle (using my own gas $$$).

Return & Exchange Policy
SWAG RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, there is a zero return policy on any DOPE or The Ruck Club shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies and stickers. What you order, is what you get. However, if there is a significant issue with your order that needs to be addressed, please email doug@dopeoutdoorpacks.com and we will work with you.
